I had a lot of fun working with Panraven and creating my own story with the pictures from my vacation. It is a great tool to use with pictures that are very important. The only problem I had with the program is that it wouldn't let me upload my pictures form my computer, I had to switch to a different computer to get it to work but it was defiantly worth it!
If i was to use this in a classroom I would make sure that all the picture were uploaded before I let the students use it, in order to speed up the process and keep everyone working. This would be a great tool to use for Christmas presents or for assignments! It lets the students be creative and very productive.

I like your idea of making sure that all images were uploaded in advance for student projects. That would remove one of the possible sources of frustration for them and speed things up considerably.
